What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the kind of job you picked, and your comments. If you call instead, we have whatever your phone shows and whatever you tell us.
Why we collect it
To call or write you back about your job, to quote it, and to schedule the work. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and reach Gary by email. Nobody else receives your information. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We would only share it if the law required it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. If we ever add analytics, this page gets updated first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records while we might reasonably still work with you, and job records stay as long as we need them for tax and warranty purposes. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Your choices
Write to gary@restoreoutdoors.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Tell us to stop contacting you and we stop.
Children
This site is for homeowners hiring landscaping work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Terms of use
This site is information, not a contract
Everything here describes the kind of work we do. Sending the form or calling us starts a conversation. Work is only agreed once we have looked at the job and both sides have accepted a written estimate.
Estimates and pricing
We do not publish prices, because the same job costs different amounts depending on access, materials and what we find once we start. Any figure we give you before a site visit is a rough guide, not a quote.
Service area and scheduling
We work the Twin Cities west metro. Being on the service area map does not guarantee we can take a job, and Minnesota weather moves schedules. We will tell you as early as we can when it does.
The photographs
Every photo on this site is our own completed work in real yards. They show what we have done, not a promise that your job will look identical. Yards, materials and light differ.
Our content
The Restore Outdoors name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to Restore Outdoors LLC. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Limits
We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, Restore Outdoors LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits your rights under the written agreement for actual work performed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Accessibility
Most of our customers are homeowners reading on a phone, so this site was built for that: body text at 17px, tap targets at least 44px, visible keyboard focus, real text instead of pictures of text, and motion that respects your reduced-motion setting.
